Heavy protien treatment befor getting braids?

Getting braids this weekend just wondering if I it's a good idea to do a protien treatment the night before.

i did protien and a deep con all in the week before i braid dont know if it was right but i did it cause i have a prem that need to be careful with may somebody will let me know if i was right

ya because if your keeping them in for a month or longer your going to have to since they suggest you get a protain treatment every 6 weeks..
