Can someone tell me what that is, what are the benefits of it, and how much it costs?

I use the Micro Hair Cap (microhaircap.com). I think it cost $15... Mastex is a good electric one. The heat from the cap is supposed to open the cuticle and allow the conditioner to penetrate better.
