Heat problem

Hi Guys,

Right now I have hair in a full head weave (natural short hair underneath), my problem is that I go to the gym quite regularly 3-4 a week, I normally do this before class so that means I have to shower, wash and blow dry my hair in a short space of time. I can't afford to let my hair air dry because I simply don't have the time (and I prefer washing my hair because I'm not comfortable with leaving sweat on my head). I'm pretty sure that blow drying my this regularly is bad for it, so I was wondering if anyone had any alternatives or suggestions for me, thanks

You could try using the cool button when the blow dryer is close to your head. IDK how much time you have in the morning or how long it takes for your hair to dry, but you could also put in a few (~10) rollers or braids and sit under the dryer(on low / no heat) for a bit.

When you say you have a "full head weave", do you mean you don't have any of your hair left out?

If this is the case, you're probably fine with blowdrying *the weave* on cool or low heat, as no direct heat is being applied to your own hair. I'm pretty type A when it comes to myhair, so I wouldn't do it 4x per week, but the logical side of my brain tells me that it's probably ok :)
