Hey ladies,
I'm technically a new member to lhcf, but i've been a lurker for years now....and I LOVE IT HERE. I'm learned soo much from you guys that it's ridiculous! thank you guys soo much *hugs and kisses for you all* I must have been living under a rock until late last year because I have just discovered auryveda. I'm on a journey to adapt a natural regimen for not only my hair, but for my skin and body too. I've done a search of "auryveda" and "auryvedic" and read damn near all the threads on the forum and while I have some ideas, I'm still confused as hell!!! Can someone give me a breakdown, like BREAK IT DOWN of auryveda. I know the Candy C (very impressive!) has a book on auryvedic hair care, should I get it and is it worth the buy? I would be soo grateful
btw....does anyone know of any indian stores in the DMV area to buy the auryvedic products..preferrably metro accessable? hehehe
