What a generalized hateful statement about Dominican Stylists. That can be said for going to any stylist.

I read his article and I found it very interesting. This gentlemen is a hairstylist, all he is interested in cutting hair. That is what he makes his money on, he is not interested in strengthening and growing hair. Since we have been on this board, I would say all of us have seen improvement in our hair and growth, which many of us never expected. These people are a waste of time, since reading Cathy Howse's book, joining nappturality and LHCF, he can't tell me anything.

I would never go to see him. He is obviously focused on style more than care. I guess he sees himself as an artist. And his craft is hair design not maintanence or education of AA hair needs.

He obviously has no clue about how to maintain healthy hair. He is exactly the kind of hairdresser I would run from. He is the kind that will argue you down and probably sneak and cut your hair any way he wants witht he rational that you don't have "GOOD" hair so don't expect it to grow...He would probably belittile your efforts to grow your hair long......I would never see him.

Regardless of how he feels. I hope he realizes that the customer is always right. And I hope he doesn't get any hardcore LHCF members in his chair cuz it would be on!
