HE -LTR Can you please tell me how to open it?

I know this is silly but I brought 2 of these from target and I can not open the squeeze top. You know usually you push down and turn to the side, well that is not working for me.

Did anyone else experience this?

Please tell me what you did

Try pressing down on the pump while turning it, then lift. It should pop right up.

Girl, you should see me in here. I look like a fool. I tried that but it won't work on either bottle! I don't even see the arrow on top telling you to turn in the right direction.

So annoying!

Hmmm that's strange try tapping it against a hard surface. If all else fails you can always twist the cap off and use it straight from the bottle.

Thanks hon, I'll just use it from the bottle,I just broke the top!
