then you MUST put the honey in your conditioner. i'm convinced putting a few tablespoons of honey in my carrot cholesterol creme stopped my ends from feeling brittle and breaking. what a great find! again, the board has helped me beyond belief...

did put warmed honey? Conditioned with /without heat?

not warm, just room temp. I conditioned without heat. Just a plastic cap for about two hours....love it. Also, put a dab in my hair after rinsing as a leave in.

wouldnt putting honey in your hair make it sticky and extremely hard to rinse out??? somebody please tell me what the beneits of honey are. is it a moisturizer? a humectant? and is it indeed hard to rinse out?? thanx.

What kind of honey are you ladys using, because the honey I have is black(someone told me it was real honey)and it makes my hair dry...

I've been adding a couple tablespoons to my conditioners (plus a little oil - either castor or olive), and this stuff makes my hair SOOOOOOOOOOO ridiculously shiny and detangles very well. Definitely a keeper.

BTW, I use regular honey at room temp, no heat, for at least 30 minutes.
