explained what a Dominican blow-out is to a stylist who has never heard of it before? If so how did you go about doing this? There arent any Dominican salons in my area and I would like to throughly explain the process to my hairstylist. Any tips?

i think it's blowing the hair really straight with the round brush....some of the ladies who had one will definitely chime in.... /images/graemlins/cool.gif

just tell her you want a roller wrap...i think thats the more commonly used term.

I think is is a combination of the above. I had one and what happens is the stylist roller sets your hair first. Then once dry she "blows out" the roots with a blow dryer and a round brush. That is the best way I can describe it.

Ladies who get them more frequently please chime in.
