i took it before from Nov 2003 until the mid summer of 2004. it worked really well and made my hair grow faster and thicker. i just stopped getting it because i don't like having to reorder stuff offline. right now i use Nature Made Super B-Complex.

I've not tried it, though I've been curious. Right now, I also take the Nature Made Super B Complex, along with others but it's more for general nutrition requirements than specifically trying to grow hair.

How do you like your B-Complex Vitamins? I'm taking the B-Complex Multi-Vitamin Stress Formula and Amino Acids and since I've started my scalp is always itching! Even while I wash it itches. It's hard for me to notice hair growth but I've noticed an increase in energy and the speed at which my nails grow.

I love my B-Complex vitamins! My hair and nails have NEVER been so thick in my life until I started taking these vitamins. They give me energy as well. Since going natural and washing daily, I haven't had any major problems with itching as I did when I was relaxed.
I also wonder if nail growth is an indication of how fast your hair growth. I don't measure my hair growth so I'm not sure.
