i had used the chargin shampoo bar nettle does nettle make your hair thick and helps it grow because after i used that my hair was thick and bouncy and had lots of shine.

From what I read, Nettles do indeed increase hair growth. I'm not sure about the thickness...but I'm sure some more knowledgeable ladies can chime in.
