Has your nape hair ever stopped growing?

If so, why do you suppose that that happened?

And what did you do, if anything, to resolve it?

Hair never stops growing, unless you are going bald. If you have hair on your head, then it's growing. If it's not getting longer, than you are not retaining what you are growing. If you are asking that question, then yes, I have gone through this. To combat this, I started manipulating my hair less and started M&S more often, along with more protective styling, to keep the hair I was growing.
