Has Vigorol Changed it's Formula?

It says that it's a relaxer on the box. Is it more like a relaxer now? It used to be used instead of getting a perm back in the day. I'm asking because my dd is fully natural, but wanted to loosen her curl pattern a bit. I thought about Vigorol. I'm also open to any other suggestions if anyone has any. TIA

You can put it on your daughter's hair if you want, but it will no longer be natural.

Thank you. I explained this to her and she has decided against it- she's 15. Does anyone know of anything that can loosen her curl pattern naturally? I couldnt think of anything other than twist outs.

The coconut milk and lime/lemon treatment. Then dry her hair in two buns. Do a search for that- it was popular at one time, worst that could happen she'll have very moisturised hair
