Has the Ignore Feature been removed?

I was looking for it a few minutes ago to "ignore" someone and didn't see it

It should be in your User CP under Settings & Options. It worked for me, I put someone on ignore just a few minutes ago.

Thanks, G... you used to be able to enter someone's profile and do it from there... I guess not anymore erplexed

Yeah I think that was removed, I tried to do it that way first but couldn't find the button so I did it through the user cp instead.
