Has anyone used the Color ENHANCED Shampoos? Pantene? John Freida??

i would like to mildly dye my hair and wanted to know if anyone has used these shampoos before. ive been thinking about doing a red tint... from already brown hair, and wondered if i just continually used one of these color enhanced shampoos... if that would do the trick?? what do you guys think??

any suggestions??

I thought those shampoos were only meant to improve upon the hair color that you already have...

Don't know if that would work. They do make conditioners that deposit color though. I use Aveda Black Malva Conditioner and Clove Color Conditioner, I know they make 1 that deposits red too,it's called Madder Root Conditioner...

These conditioners are safe to use, you are not going to get hair that looks dyed, they can only deposit not bleach, great ingredients too. I just used the black one last night.

If you dont like Aveda products, google color conditioners, or conditioners that deposit color, I know there are other manuf that make them I just dont remember which ones.

The more you use them, the more your hair will take on the color.

I like using Pantene Brunette Expressions and Black Expressions to co-wash just because they SMELL SOOOOO GOOD (different than the normal Pantene smell)

But I never really notice any color enhancement, so it must be really subtle.
