Over the last three years or so I have experimented with several different oils and this is one of the few I can use without awful, crunchy results. I've also learned that a very little, tiny bit, particularly on the ends, does the trick for me. I don't need more than that. I love coconut oil.

I recently bought some organic virgin coconut cream oil from FNWL. I really like it. It's a bit expensive, but since I only use a tiny bit, it should last me a while.

Same here. I have tried different oils and always go back to coconut.

Has anyone ever tried the Jarrow Cococnut Oil?? I just got it at Whole Foods. $10.35 for 16oz...is that too much? Or should I try to find it cheaper elsewhere.

I did a coconut oil pre poo after cassia. I used cassia on my hair on Saturday, it leaves my hair sllghtly dry so using coconut oil for a couple of hours on Sunday sorted it out :D
