I'm assuming it's supposed to be some sort of shine booster/sealer like colourshines clear or something.

My phone won't show the directions, how do you use it? Is it like a conditioner or something?

I tried it before it was repackaged and what not. Before it was part of the natural instincts line.....It sucked. I noticed no difference, the best part of the whole thing was the conditioner. The conditioner was nice..You are better off with Jazzings or the clear adore.
