Has anyone tried these?

I was browsing on Sally's website and came across these rollers and I'd like to know if anyone has tried them. They look cool but I wonder #1, how they stay in w/no clips or pins ... #2, if they are damaging to hair and #3 are they really soft enough to sleep in?
