I am curious to try the Maker's Diet. I would like to lose about 5-10 lbs, and could really use advice from a nutritionist or some plan to follow about meals. The Maker's Diet website based on the author's book seems to have all of that, but the membership is 3.99 per week with a 4 week minimum, but they charge you quarterly and if you choose not to go the full 3 months they refund the portion of your unused membership.
