I have tired this. It is supposed to be a type of reconstructor. I used this without heat for an hour, then followed with a moisturizing conditioner with heat for 30 min. My hair was soft and it did feel stronger. The little breakage I had stopped also.

No it is not like Aphogee, I would not consider this a strong protein treatment, it is a reconstructor. The smell is okay, it kind has a fresh laundry detergent type scent.
