Has anyone had problems with their orders from LCL beauty Damaged I ordered a hairdryer It had scratches and chips on it And was making a static type sound. They sent me out another one And this has chips and scratches on it.

My steamer I bought (sept 2013) leaks. There is a hole in plastic tube that connects to the steamer. I havent had time to send it back

I haven't had problems with them---i think they have a pretty good rep

I did when I originally bought my steamer, the one that uses tap water. When I first received it, it was damaged and just wouldn't function. I called them, and they sent me another one that works properly. I will say that their customer service was good because I was initially pissed about the broken steamer. That was over a year ago, I still have the steamer but it's been collecting dust lol. I recently bought a Heutiful steamer which I'm loving right now. I can understand your frustration though, because once is a problem but the second time I just can't smh. Sent from my iPad using LHCF

My knob broke on my dryer which I of course need to turn it on. I called and they sent me a new on. No problems since

They have amazing customer service. I have ordered two steamers from them. Any issues that I had, they were quick to resolve. The prongs that held the 'water catcher' broke about 6 months after I purchased my first steamer. I called them and they sent a new one free of charge. Never had any issues since. I highly recommend them.
