healthy hair plus vitamins or hair energy vitamins? if so, what were your results? i need a vitamin for my daughter and i don't want to load her down with what i'm taking, she's only 10, so i want something affective, easy to swallow, and she won't have to take more than 2 a day. tia!

I would think a kids multivitamin would be enough for a 10-year-old. Healthy proteins, fruits and veggies go a long way, too.

just in case everyone thinks i'm crazy, my daughter is taller and bigger than i am, she eats a healthy diet, but flintstones vitamins don't do much for her adult size system........

I wouldn't exactly put a 10yr old on hair vitamins. Hair vitamins have HIGH dosages and are forumulated for adults, children's dosages are not as high. Maybe you should give her a teen's daily vitamin or even adults. I noticed my nails were always healthy when i used to take the Eckerds daily vitamin so i think that they work for the hair also.
And if you bypass everyone's advice and decide to give her a hair vitamin....please do not give it to her everyday...Just give her 1 vitamin like every 2 days....

i'd check with her doctor. since she is still developing you don't want to inadvertantly alter something in her system or hinder the development of something.

thanks for everyone's advice and concern, i think i will talk to her doctor first to see what says. thanks again.
