Has anyone ever used RoseWater and Glycerin Spritz for the hair?

I have a few times. It seemed to make my hair dryer after awhile(throughout the day). I want to try it again though just to be sure.

I have used this, and I liked it, I just have to get the recipe down. The second batch didn't come out as good as the first, I think you have to be careful with the amount of glycerin. I use vegetable glycerin.
