Has anyone ever used Cream of Coconut in your henna, cassia mixes?

I have some left after a party (used it for pina coladas) and I was checking out the ingredients for a possible twist on my cassia mix for this weekend.

This is different than coconut milk, I think (you guys can tell me if it is)

I have the Goya Coconut Cream and here are the ingredients:

Coconut, Sugar, Water, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Monostearate, Salt, Propylene Glycol, Alginate, Mono and Diglycerides, Citric Acid, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum
