Well, I was searching the net for a good vitamin that would assist my hair and ect. I found some vitamins call HF 37 (Hair formula 37). It claims to grow 3/4 inch to an inch a month if you take it as directed. It may be fake, I don't really know. Have any of you guys ever heard of this vitamin? What do you think?

I took HF37 for two months and got no results. I won't go back to HF37 because they're too expensive and you have to literally take like 8-10 horse pills a day. They also suggest that you take some with meals and others without, I couldn't do that....I usually only eat 1 meal a day so that was forcing me to eat...BIG NO NO!
I also took Hairtopia, which was much better in size and quanity. I didn't take that long enough to see any results but I believe you can take those all at once.
I'm now taking MSM alone and I love it. I'm taking it alone for 2 months then I'll introduce biotin and GNCs Ultra nourishair back into the mix.

HF37 has been around for a while now....I never pay hair vitamins any attention. I just take a multivitamin and tonics for optimal health...

Ive heard of it but I have never tried it... try the super hair vitamins from this site http://www.hair-energizer.com. I used these and I saw a difference in my hair. Im not taking them right now because Ive been too lazy to order some more!

Roselyn,

I'm currently taking HF37, and today makes a full week. The texture of my hair is more manageable, and I definitely have shinier hair (my hair type is 4a/b).

However, to be fair, I'm also taking daily a multi-vitamin, Calcium pill, Biotin/Niacin pill, flaxseed oil pill, and soon will also incorporate powdered MSM into my regimen. (I also oil my scalp/hair every other day with Olive oil hair dress and shea butter)

If you like, I can give you an update next month to let you know if I notice any tremendous growth.

I take them and they work for me. When I stay consistent I get positive results. My hair thickens up, looks shinier and feels more managable and grows faster too. I chose HF37 cause it had been around for some time and by the time "I" finished buying different supplements--I's end up spending the same amount of money or less on HF37 IMO.

they work for my girlfriend. I think it has something to do with the way you take them. You must take step one with food and step two without food. I tried to take step 2 with food and they never worked for me. but my girlfriend on the other hand took them exactly how the directions said. She alot of growth under her braids plus her hair is softer and shinnier. after you take step one(1 pill) with food wait like 2 hours and take step two(3 pills) without food then wait 30 to 45 mins for the pills to absorb and eat again and take step one(1 pill) then take step two(3 pills) 2 hours later. Try that.

i thought about hf37 and even visited the website. i read all the testimonials and the messageboard. a lot of folks were complaining that

1) the pills are too large
2) the pills gave them constipation or tummy aches
3) the pills gave them acne problems

and then they cost $50/mo. i take maxi hair by country life and they are less than $8/mo on vitacost.com. i also take nutribiotic rice protein powder ($18 every 1-1/2 months) in my smoothies and fish oil softgels ($10 every other month). my nails got superstrong with the protein and the maxi hair pills made my skin extra supple and my nails bright and strong. i figure they gotta be doing something for my hair as well. so for me the HF37 pills are not necessary or even desirable.

I thought hair formula 37 had way too many pills and steps for a working mom like me. I tried Nouritress hair vitamins and got wonderful results. You get a two month supply for $25. You only have to take 2 med sized pills a day. I stopped taking them when I ran out to start Vitamin Shoppe Elements for Hair but I am going right back to Nouritress when I finish the bottle!
