just waiting for them to recover by not perming or putting them in braids. Instead of using all these oils. I mean i wouldnt mind using oils if they didnt make my seborrhea worst. No one believes me but Every single product makes my scalp flake full of dandruff.
Yep. The best thing to do is to wait and leave it alone.
I don't know if I told you already, but when I was 12 I had traction alopecia from braids which took all my hair out on the sides. My mom massaged my BALD sides with IC treatment leave in. I had thick sides within a year. She didn't use grease or oils. Just the leave in. At that time I had a relaxer and basically wore my hair in one ponytail. I was looking funny for minute (thick hair everywhere except my sides). My mother spaced out my touch ups, and used the leave in every day.
how about trying pure aloe vera gel? Not with all of the fake additives like what is sold in Wal-mart, but pure from a plant or from somewhere like Aubrey Organics?
No i dont wear braids because my sides are so thin. See my main concern isnt getting my hair to grow in length but rather get my sides back. Currently im not using any oils. If i oil my scalp it'll just make my hair really oily because it already produces too much oil. I think its the dandruff thats causing my hair to be thin on the sides. but im not having any luck getting rid of that.
