Ok is it just me or do the protective styles idea go out the window on holidays, when you know all of your family will be there. So you just want to show off all that hard work? For those that have will power to keep it up even at get togethers... How do you do it???????

I got a relaxer touch up yesterday. After I comb my hair down (it's wrapped now), I'll probably pull it up with a clip instead of letting it stay down.

Kking, I think of it as a short term sacrifice for a long term gain. I even went to a good friend's wedding, where I knew lots of our old high school and college friends would be ( we attended both together), with my hair freshly washed and bunned!

I once heard someone say that focus means that the main thang is to keep the main thang, the main thang. Did you get that?
