Has anyone else experienced extremely dry hair after using this. It dried my hair out so bad it started breaking. I love the vatika frosting, but the whipped shea aloe does nothing for my hair!:nono:

I wanted to try this SOOO bad but history shows that on MY hair shea dries it out. I went ahead though and ordered the whipped green tea butter from Hairveda and it has become my hair's best friend :drunk:. It's very moisturizing and a little goes a long way. My hair is very fine and it doesn't weigh it down.

Actually, I ordered it and I liked it. I had to see what worked for me in using it. For me it's good for smoothing my hair back and giving moisture when I do my version of a bun. The directions say not to use it in wet hair. So make sure your hair is dry, not wet, when you apply it or your hair can turn out hard.

it dried me out too! damp hair, dry hair, natural, relaxed. just didn't work. love fresh smell though

I plan to purchase it at some point but not for my hair but for my body. I hear it is great for really dry skin which I have.

My hair loves aloe vera and shea butter so I was very excited about this. I did some fingercoils with it and they turned out nicely. It also felt nice on my parched skin.

I use it for my Body also, it didn't work for my hair, maybe because she uses Refined shea butter? I can use Unrefined and it works okay, but I have to use just a smidget.

I just ordered some of this. It should be coming anyday now. I was hoping that I could use it as an alternative to gel.
