Hi Ladies here is the deal, I will be doing buns for the next year and I need something that is gel like to hold the front part of my hair down.

Does anyone use the whipped jelly with success does it hold like gel does??

Thanks!

As Im in the UK I want to make sure its worth me ordering!

I use quite a few of the products but not the whipped jelly. That must be new because I didn't see it when I made my order a while back. I think the Vatika Frosting has got to be my favorite.:lick::lick:

Bumping! I want to know what people think of the whipped jelly/gelly as well. I am thinkinng of ordering this, but not sure what the difference is between this and the Almod Glaze that I have coming in. Thanks!

the jelly is gel-like...with a slight holding ability. Doesnt flake like regular gel. Its cloudy in appearance. The almond glaze is pomade-like. it reminds me of a light..natural grease type of product. It melts away in ur hair with an oily feeling. Not greasy at all. Has an almond color.........i basically use the gel on wet or dry hair. Smooth down the edges, then do the scarf method. Its great on wet edges Imo. The glaze ill use the same way. But ill use the glaze on my ends as a sealer

Bumping because I am SOOOO loving the Whipped Gelly. Nice hold that is also SOFT. Trying to wean from gels and this is a good 'weaner'. lol

Like the others have said, it's a very light hold, smells good, but for the time you have to wait to get it, it's not worth it. Neither is the almond glaze.

I prefer the almond glaze for the edges. The Whipped Gelly I use to moisten my puff along with a little water.

im waiting for it to come back in stock so i can get it. i had a jar when i was relaxed but i didnt need it then, now i want it again to define my curls.

I use the gel when I want a light hold. I like the ingredients and sometimes I don't want a sticky gel with all these ingredients I can't pronounce.

I only use it on my ponytail. It gives me a nice curly ponytail that has movement.
I will slick my hair back and put some on my edges, but it won't take away all the frizz. My daughter has 3B hair and when I put this in her curly hair it comes out beautiful.

i just ordered a jar so its back in stock if anybody wanted to get a jar.
THanks. I've been trying to order it for the past week. I tried Pur Whipped Jelly by Afroveda as a possible replacement unsuccessfully. It turns out the Pur Whipped Jelly by Afroveda is a moisturizing product, not a gel. I'm ordering my Hairveda whipped jelly now. I think it's my favorite gel.:look:

I have it and I just retired it from my rotation because it kept flaking on me. Now I'm using Elasta QP Glaze and I'm loving that.

Y'all noticed that the home page now says 'all products in stock and ready to ship'? I soo want to order a 16oz Whipped Gelly but I'm scared it won't come till after we leave for a week vaca on June 7. I don't mind waiting for product but I dont want it delivered when we're gone... I really wonder what her shipping time is looking like now.

I suggest you email them and inquire about the current turnaround time. That is probably the only way you could know for sure.
