Hairstyles for an interview

I would like to know, what kind of hairstyles you usually wear when you have an interview? Do you go sleek and serious? Or soft and friendly? Thanks in advance!

I think interviewing kicked me into my HHJ. I was wearing my hair in cornrows and decided to get a wig for interviews. It is very short, very similar to Nia Long's classic style.

It depends. If they approached me, I wear a twist out. If I approached them, I wear a bun.

a bun never fails. Other than that i go for straight hair with curled ends
