I've used Hairobics for years, and my hair is reaping the benefits, there was a post about Hairobics earlier...but the stuff is THA BOMB(Hair and Scalp Booster), in fact I just bought some today.

When I joined the LCHF last August, I purchased some of the products, including the Hair and Scalp Booster. I think my hair has made greater progress since I moved on to Kenra and Keracare products.

I tried:
Leave in conditioner: didn't like it, smelled good but was a bit sticky when dried
Hair pomade: okay to keep those fly away hair line but that's about it
spreament spritiz: don't like it, yucky, made my hair hard
Hair oil: too oily although it smells good
Overall, I did not notice anything wonderful of this brand.
