Hairfinity has a YouTube channel which I find to be very informative. They uploaded a video about growing your hair while under a sew-in.

Really, it is not really much different than the information that is posted on here but it is nice to see their actual recomendations and the way they suggest utilizing their vitamins as well as installing a sew-in. Hope some of you find it informative and useful.
She killed that weave. Made me want to take this one out and get another one. I'll be getting braids next though. Maybe by December I'll get another one...
