Can anyone tell me about Hair Vitamins.
I bought this Hair, Skin and Nails vitamin a few years ago, I dont think I ever finished taking it, so I cant say if it worked or not.
But, I want to know what vitamins u ladies use, and what are the key ingredients.

I've also heard about taking Prenatal vitams, but wont that make someone gain weight?

The ingredients in the vitamins.. can they be purchased separately and added to my MTG serum or something?

Thanks Ladies! :)

I take Futurebiotics Hair, Skin, & Nails, but I've only been taking it for a week so I can't say whether I recommend it yet. It contains vitamins A, C, D, & E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, Biotin, panthothenic acid, calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc, slenium, manganese, and phosphorous.

Here's a recent thread with more info. about vitamins:

See the multivitamin that I take has most of those things in it. SO I want to isolate the ingredients that I need just for hair care.
I take the seven seas multivitamin in liquid form.

http://www.sevenseasusa.com/productsSevenSeas05a.html

INGREDIENTS: Sucrose, Liquid Glucose, Water, Dextrose, Gum Acacia, Cod Liver Oil, Orange Juice, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Niacinamide, Sodium Benzoate, Thiamin, Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Retinol, Cholecalciferol.

I might have to give this to my friend's kids because it's supposed to give u increased appetite, and we all know I dont want that.
If I can find a hair vitamin that includes multivitamins

Here is some helpful vitamin info. It's from http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=28097&highlight=vitamins:

Hey ladies,

I'm currently testing a hair growth vitamin from http://exoticallure.com/

I'm considering promoting it but wanted to test it before I recommend it to my clients to make sure it lives up to the marketing message. I will let you all know how it works out.
