Hair Vitamins: Crazy side effects.

Well, I've been taking this oft-raved about vitamin from Rene Futerer, called Vatilfan, and although with shrinkage I can't really tell what it's doing to the hair on my head, I can tell you that I am plucking my eyebrows, shaving my legs and underarms THREE times as frequently as usual. If I can grow hair that fast eh'rwhere else, can't wait till Thanksgiving when I get my holiday press and curl!

Since I went back on MSM my body and face hair growth has went in to overdrive. At first I was annoyed at having to wax and pluck so much more frequently but then I realized maybe (hopefully) that the hair on my head will start showing the same effects.

I had to stop taking GNC's Hair, Skin & Nails. It messed up my cycle. When I was taking those pills, it was coming about a week early and the cramps were more intense.

Plus, sorry if this is TMI, I was going to the bathroom (poop) a lot more often than I liked. It just wasn't pleasant at all.
