Well I think that picture may be deceiving because it looks like she has a twist out or braid out imo. She is beautiful, though!

Yeah this looks like old stretched hair to me (an old braid out or wash n go or something). She could easily be a 4b or 3c - you can't really tell from this pic.
The best way to learn your hair texture is to examine it once it's been washed and conditioned but allowed to dry without any product in it (and of course with no relaxed ends).
