Hair type HELP!!!

Ok, I still can't figure out this hair type stuff...I found a picture taken about 3 years ago when I was considering growing out the color (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!) This is out of the shower, but I'm pretty sure I haven't rinsed all of the conditioner out, but probably 90% of it.
Is this a 4? The curls are tight in my opinion. Hard to be objective when it's you

Can you possibly make the picture larger? I can't see your curls.
Do you have any pictures of your hair without the hair dye? I might be wrong but I think certain hair dyes can loosen the curl pattern.

Not since I was about 20!!!! And that ws a LOOOOOONG time ago. I generally bleach, and then deposit the color.
That's as big as I can make the pic. I just found it on my old fotki. But it's the same curl/texture as it's always been. I had HOPED that the color/bleach would straighten it, some say that it does for them, but I'm not that lucky.

Your hair is wet and possibly has some relaxer in it in the picture you posted as well as bleach/blond hair dye?
It's also very small, so right now it's impossible to tell...

Never relaxed/permed/texlaxed (you get the idea)
