O.k. I know all of you know this already but....

Did you know that your doctor's office, hospital etc. provide nutritionists?

It's worth looking into. I do like to follow the vitamin advice that I've received on this board for my hair and other issues /images/graemlins/wink.gif but I always run everything past my doctor and (now) nutritionist so that I can have a specialized routine (vitamins or otherwise) just for me.

I didn't realize that a nutritionist doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg, so if you have medical insurance (or not) call your doctor or a hospital to find out if they can make some recommendations for a nutritionist.

That's all /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Your welcome /images/graemlins/smile.gif

So it's interesting at how inexpensive that sort of thing is, and you are getting quality advice. Of course shop around, but I always thought to have a nutritionist you had to be famous!! LOL, or least be rolling in tha dough, but so far so good.

But I swear I must page her every other week to run something by her LOL!
