Paging Jade, Question about vitamins but of course

Hello Jade! (waves)

I am so digginging this new board, I thought to PM you, but I think this is a question others can benefit from so here goes.

I realize that in tracking my vitamin intake, I am not a consistant vitamin taker. I think on average my consistant intake will be

3 weeks on, one day off. 3 weeks on, a weekend off depending on how much I have to do over the weekend.

Do you think that REALLY affects the vitamins ability to do their work?

Every time I'm with my nutritionist or doctor, I always forget to ask this question, and it's something I've always wondered.

I know that with some things, like Amino Acids, you should have an "off" period. I could be wrong but I think I remember reading that somewhere.

I'm taking a multi, and my B's, and MSM so for those vitamins, I'm just curious.

Thanks so much in advance for your help.

edited to add: My multi I am consistant with and do not miss a day, but my MSM and Silica, I'll be consistant for 3 straight weeks, and then for some reason, skip a day then get back on track. Just to clarify. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks! That's what I thought....but I'm such a OCD candidate LOL! So years ago, I used to start "day 1" of my routine if I missed a day.

But thanks anyway. Now if I could just get over stepping on cracks in the sidewalk. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

CaramelBarbie If you can stomach it try Liquid Amino Fuel concentrate by Twinlabs. 3 15ml tablespoons a day. Some say it tastes like orange cough syrup. I've tried it and when I have some more £££ I will go back to taking it. Liquids absorb a lot faster and enter the bloodstream quicker than the tablets.

I got some amino pills from Puritan's Pride, but I haven't used them yet -- not sure how good they are /images/graemlins/scratchchin.gif
