Hair rinse that works on gray hair

I have little strands popping up, and I was wondering if there was a hair rinse that would work on these strabds if I rinsed my hair. Dye is too harsh for me.

When I used rinses, I used one from the Clairol Beautiful line (worked well for me).

I have used Clairol Beautiful collection. It works well but I found that it washes out quickly and doesn't cover the gray very well. I used Kiss rinse about 3 weeks ago and my gray is still covered! It was easier to apply than Clairol also!
