Hey Everyone!

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! I am starting to grow my hair out for the first time -- I've always had buzz cuts. Please let me know what you think my hair curl pattern is, as well as the texture. Also, any recommended products would also be greatly appreciated.

Hi, welcome! Your hair is so short it’s kinda hard to say and honestly doesn’t really matter.

the most important thing for hair growth (imo) is keeping your hair moisturized and reducing tangling and manipulation. Any products/ methods will work as long as you keep in mind those three things. Things only get complicated when your styling preferences and hair habits are at odds with moisturized and tangle free hair, or create too much manipulation

Fortunately, at your current length you don’t have many styling options so it shouldn’t be too complicated. Just keep your hair moisturized, and cleanse as necessary . As it grows out you can reassess how you want to style your hair and what regimen changes you may want to make.
