Here are my 1 year anniversary progress pics. I wanted to be APL by now but I am happy with the results. My hair is thicker and my layers are growing out.

Hopefully I wil be APL by the end of the year.

ETA. The second pic is 12/20/08 not 09.

Thanks ladies

My reggie is pretty simple.

I wash and DC weekly
Clarify and mild protein treatment monthly
moisturize 5 days a week.
I perm every 3 - 4 months.

I use minimal heat (maybe once a month if that) and do protective styles

I use roux prosity on as needed basis as part of my DC
I recently have started prepooing.
