Yes...thankfully my trims are done by a cousin and she is not scissor happy...in total of the 3 trims i lost maybe 2 inches.

Have you tried protective styling? I started incorporating this in May and I finally broke my 9-month BSL plateau. And also try not to think about the plateau. When I felt myself getting discouraged, I would remind myself that it was a blessing for me to maintain as much as a I had. That way instead of feeling like "I'm not making progess," it became more like "wow, I'm maintaining my progress!"

your hair is so beautiful. i cant remember exactly who said but maybe you should decrease the trimming. i know you like blunt ends but your hair may just grow unevenly, maybe if you wore curly style for a few months and waited abit longer to get the trims...just floating some ideas
