I’m bored and I want to play (almost time to leave work). To play you must name one item that you would normally cook with that people use on there hair. If you used it you must confess and tell what it was good for if you know.

I’ll start with eggs. Yes I used eggs on my hair. I was supposed to strengthen you hair.

I use cayenne pepper. I use it as a spice for any meat and sometimes when i cook rice. I use it in my hair and it is a good hair stimulant.

Olive oil of course! I use it to saute and as a flavoring in baking and cooking.
For my hair, I put it on my scalp and directly on my hair. It really seals in moisture and makes my hair shiny!

Coconut milk and oil - use it in my Thai and Indian dishes - mix them together to condition my hair. Makes my hair sooooooo soft and extra shiney.

Really Raw Honey - u can eat it but I never have. I mix it with different conditions for my hair...not sure what it's supposed to do though. I see it as an ingredient in other conditioners that I've stopped using in the past 2 weeks, so I added it to my all natural recipes.

Honey = I use this in my tea.... and in my DC to SOFTEN

EVOO = I sautee veggies in it...... and also add this to my conditioners for SLIP and MOISTURIZING

Mayonaise = I spread this on my sammiches..... and also added it to my DC for CONDITIONING and PROTEIN. Only used it once, because i wasnt a fan of the smell

Coconut Oil = Ive never really cooked with this..... but i use it in my DC to SOFTEN and MOISTURE. I also loooove the smell! Yummers!!!

Cayenne Pepper = Ive used this to season devilled eggs and select sauces.... and also add it to my MTG (sometimes) to further STIMULATE the scalp

I don't do a lot of cooking -- but I have plenty of hair products from the kitchen/grocery store that I used:
EVOO for hot oil treatments
coconut oil for a pre-poo
honey to moisturize
yogurt to moisturize and strengthen
bananas mashed with avocado to moisturize and thicken
eggs to condition and strengthen
tea and apple cider vinegar to mix with henna
dried rosemary steeped in water as a scalp rinse
