MY HAIR PRAYER
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray Rapunzel will not weep
when she sees the hair I've cut
which could have well surpassed my butt.
Keep the scissors far from mine
the tresses which are so divine
Perhaps I'll get a sign just when
it's time for me to trim again.
Not until and not before
my tresses soon shall meet the floor.
Daily care shall surely breed
the time to grow, which I do need.
Heaven help me, Lordy, Lordy,
I want to touch the floor by forty,
Until exists a super pill,
please give me strength and give me will.
