Okay I tried to resize :) Hopefully it works better now. The dates on the spreadsheet are from Jan 1 to Dec 31 so I can quickly review how my year went/what works and what doesn't.

I used to keep a hard copy one. About two weeks ago I loaded a diary app called Memories onto my phone. Now I just use that.

I'm just starting my journal again. I want to do a hair journal. I want to see how much progress I make and what products work.

I really need to start using lhcf on my laptop. I never knew there was a journal!

Sent from my iPhone using LHCF

I have a spiral that I use as physical journal especially if I have a thought about my hair or am keeping record of what I am doing for my hair and I also have an online journal. I have pics and review different product that I have tried on my hair. I also rant and rave about different things. I find that I make more progress if I keep a journal than if I don't.

I have a journal online which I've fallen off (fotki) but my book journals which I use from year to year are indispensible!
Usually regimen changes and ideas for styling and products for the month! :)

I was wondering if any of you ladies kept a hair journal to document what products you use and how you change your regminen?

I find mine really useful cause I like to look back and see how I've tweaked my regimen and stuff like that
I have a notebook that I write weekly updates, products used, and miscellaneous hair topics.. I also keep a binder hhj scrapbook with mg. articles, product pictures, and photos of hairstyles.. It is a fun and educational way for me to be involved in my hhj.

I have a little spiral that I document my mixes and current regimen.

Any "aha" moments have to be documented :yep:

I keep two hair journals. One is for hair recipes, the other tracks by the month. I break each month into sections- Jan. likes, Jan dislikes, Jan. products purchased and cost of each purchase, Jan.'s regimen each week on shampoo day and results of the process, and the temperature outside that day. It's detailed, but it helps me out.
