Hair for twisting?

I am going to twist my hair with extensions for the first time next weekend. Doing this all by myself!!

I have twists in now that a braider installed... but I am constantly picking out lint from my extensions and the ends look a little ratty. I used whatever kinky twist synthetic hair that I bought at the beauty store, and had the ends dipped in hot water with perm rods for a curled look. I've had these in for 2 months.

Can anyone recommend a better quality of hair? Or a preferred brand of synthetic? Or a way to finish the ends that will always look polished?

Thanks!!!!

My all time favorite is FreeTress Equal Marley hair

Thanks. Why is it your favorite? Is it already curled at the end?

Any other suggestions?

I used to like it but not so much anymore. I find this to be too soft actually. I like Janet Noir Afro Marley Braid.

People thought that was my real hair to the point I just started smiling when people said my hair had gotten long. I was like should I tell these fools.
