Does anyone use these hair vitamins? I saw them advertized on MTV a number of years ago and the girls taking these tablets had very long hair. The tabs seem to help with fast growth. Unfortunately, I'm someone who finds tablet swallowing a challenge so liquids or children's chewy vitamins (like Flintstone sours) are what I've found helpful.
