Hair deodorizers...attn 2wk washers

I just wanted to post that I have tried the African Pride hair deodorizer and I'm quite pleased with the results. I want to mention though, thru trial and error, I have noticed that it works best if I use it almost like a deodorant for my hair. In other words, don't wait for your hair to start stinking to use it. It works best as a preventative measure. Like spritzing directly on the scalp before you wrap at night.

I know some people have been weary because of the alcohol content, but I have a dry scalp and I have not had any problems at all. It's kind of like a hair spray without the stickiness. I'm trying to stretch washing my hair because of my schedule and this is really helping cause I don't have to put up with a smell, and with summer coming that will really help.

I have this too, I hate the alchohol but love the "just washed" fresh feeling it gives

In case you cant find that, there is also Vita-Fresh Advocado Oil and Shea butter freshner by a company called Next Image. Its alchohol free.

Also, I have Salon Selectives Air-it-out. Has a lot of alchohol so I dont use it too much anymore

I try to stay clear of the alcohol, but just to know that there is a hair deodorant is a keeper...Thanks for the tip macheriamour
