Hair Color!

Which is more damaging, highlights or all over color? I am thinking of changing my color again. My highlights are faded and barely there. What do you think ladies? What are the hot hair colors in your area?

I think all over color is more damaging if the highlights are done well, and are done with haircolor and not bleach.

You could just add a bright rinse to make your highlights pop again.

I will say that all over color requires more MAINTENENCE than highlights. Not only is moisture a factor w/both, but w/all over color you want to keep your touchups regular. Highlights, eh... you can skip an appt or two.
