Hey gals,

Hair color disaster: So I lost 3 handfuls of hair messing around with bleaching. I called myself going for the two toned look to have burgundyish red on top and leave the bottom black. I decided to touch up my roots, and BAM, out came some of the hair on top. Needless to say, I will never do that again lol.

This was about a month ago. So, I was able to stop anymore hair from coming out and there is no breakage. I'm grateful to say that after that, I still have hair left. I didn't lose length, just bulk, and that's alright. I layered the top half and added bangs so it works.

Product Review: After the above incident I decided I didn't want to do anything chemical related to my hair. I would normally relax my edges since they like to fight their sleep lol...Instead, I tried this BodiPhier "Natural" relaxer. Basically, its not harsh like a regular relaxer would be. I used this about 2 weeks ago on my edges, and I must say, it did the job well and I'm pleased.

Sorry to hear that Aleesha, but the outcome could have been worse.

#1) What did you do wrong? Leave the chemical in too long? Right after a relaxer?

#2) Where are the pics? I would love to see what it looks like. Despite your layered look, it appears that you like final outcome.
