Hair Changers

Ive been seeing growth aid threads where the ladies say "this made my hair grow like this" and so on. For example I heard someone say they MT made this hair grow straighter or with a looser curl pattern and that biotin made their hair coil more.

List the "hair changers" that made your hair change while growing out.

Flaxseed oil and silica make the hair grow shinier. . . so I heard

Internal only? Because, Henna made my hair change - thicker and looser. Not the hair growing out though.
